How can we align biodiversity and economic priorities in a time of urgency? The NetworkNature Annual Event 2025 – Choose Nature will bring together public and private sector stakeholders to explore how Nature-based Solutions can build a resilient economy that benefits both people and nature.

The event will address the urgent call for transformative change highlighted in the latest  IPBES Assessment Report on Transformative Change and invite participants to reflect on pathways for linking biodiversity, climate, economy, and wellbeing.

Key themes include:

• Working with and for nature to build a more resilient economy

• Trusting nature and people by integrating local knowledge and ecosystem services into solutions

• Investing in nature through innovative finance mechanisms

• Partnering with nature to scale up nature-positive business models

Alongside discussions, the event will feature the exhibition Why Choose Nature? / Why Do We Care? and launch the new NbS Business Forum, creating space to showcase nature-based business models across Europe.
